What languages does the team speak?
Russian, English and Arabic fluently. Some staff also speak Ukrainian and Tagalog. Russian-speaking clients especially appreciate that nail and brow technicians understand specific terms like "квадрат-софт", "однотон" or "градиент" without translation.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, daily 10:00–24:00. Short services (manicure, brow, threading, small waxing areas) can usually be done same-day with 15–30 minutes notice. Longer services (full color, keratin, lash extensions, massage) are appointment-only — message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 554 9788.
Is the salon hygienic?
Every instrument passes through an autoclave at 121 °C between clients — DHA medical-grade sterilization. Sealed sterile pouches opened in front of you. Single-use files, applicators and undergarments. Surfaces sanitised between clients. Female-only environment for body and intimate services.
