Consultation
We discuss what brought you in — stress, post-flight puffiness, soreness, cellulite — and choose the right modality. Pressure is calibrated to your tolerance throughout the session.
Quiet treatment room
Female-only environment, dim lighting, soft music. Disposable undergarments and robe provided. Towels cover all non-working areas.
Professional therapist
All our therapists are trained at recognised CIS massage schools with 3+ years of clinical and spa experience. They adapt technique per client, not a memorized script.
Aftercare
Hydration is critical after lymphatic or deep tissue work — we offer water and herbal tea at the end of each session. Avoid heavy meals or alcohol for 4 hours.

What kinds of body massage do you offer?
We offer six massage types: Foot Spa Massage (100 AED, 30 min), Face Lifting Massage (100 AED, 30 min), Anti-Stress Massage (150 AED, 60 min), Cellulite Massage (150 AED, 60 min), Lymphatic Massage (150 AED, 60 min), and Medical Massage (150 AED, 60 min). For repeat clients we offer prepaid packages — 5 sessions for 750 AED (save 750 AED), or 10 sessions for 1500 AED (save 1500 AED).
How much does a massage cost?
A 60-minute full-body massage is 150 AED. Targeted 30-minute massages (foot spa, face lift) are 100 AED. The 5-session prepaid package is 750 AED. The 10-session package is 1500 AED — both are non-refundable but transferable to any of our massage types.
What is the difference between Anti-Stress, Lymphatic and Medical massage?
Anti-Stress is a relaxing, full-body Swedish-style massage focused on muscle tension. Lymphatic massage uses gentle directional strokes to support fluid drainage, reduce puffiness, and improve circulation (great after long-haul flights). Medical massage works on specific musculoskeletal complaints — back pain, neck tension, post-workout recovery. In consultation we recommend the right one for your goal.
Does cellulite massage really work?
Cellulite massage targeting the thighs, hips and abdomen improves microcirculation and breaks up subcutaneous fat lumps. Best results come from a course of 8–12 sessions combined with a balanced diet and hydration. Single sessions feel great but don't produce lasting results — that's why we recommend the 10-session package for genuine progress.
Should I do massage before or after exercise?
Light recovery massage (Anti-Stress, Lymphatic) is excellent within 24–48 hours after exercise to flush lactic acid and reduce DOMS. Medical massage on tight areas is also great post-workout. Avoid deep-tissue massage immediately before strenuous exercise — your muscles are more vulnerable for ~24 hours after deep work.
What should I wear?
We provide disposable undergarments and a robe. You undress to your comfort level — most clients keep underwear on for full-body massage. Towels cover all non-working areas at all times. Female-only environment.
How do massage packages work?
Pay upfront for 5 or 10 sessions. Use any of our massage types across sessions — mix and match. Packages don't expire as long as you visit at least once every 3 months. Transferable to family members on request.
